If you've met Jeri, this is nothing new. The beast has an excitement level unheard of. She gets so excited if you tell her she gets to go out. This was shot as we were getting ready to go up to Porcupine Dam for a fishing day trip. Jeri's excitement must do some good .....she's the only one that got a fish. Joshua and I did find some nice fossils in the Dam though!

Barlow Buzz - new and improved
We have been a little obsessed with our blog lately. I just recently discovered the new layout option, which is really cool. Here I thought all you fancy bloggers were just HTML savvy. Now I understand that you were just cutting and pasting! This is fun, and easy! Anyway, we've been having fun picking music, changing templates, adding header pictures, etc. My favorite new addition is the "print" button. As many of you know, I detest scrapbooking. I've also fallen hopelessly behind in my journal. So one day I had the bright idea to print my blog, bind it as a book, and call it a day. It's all-inclusive! But I dare you to find an easy way to accomplish that! I was in quite a pickle till my friend Betsy showed me this print button. You can save the posts in PDF format as well as print them. So I'm on my way!

Anniversary
Michael and I cellebrated seven years on Sunday. On Monday we went out to eat at Le Nonne, a high-end italian restraunt in Logan. It was tasty and romantic. Michael doesn't often get giddy, but give him some high quality food and he's like a three year old in a toy store. The man lives for food. After dinner we strolled around the tabernacle and I caught these pictures of the Temple. It was a beautiful evening. I'm grateful for a good and loving husband.
Well it's about time spring showed up!
Ohio - Beauty Galore
Ohio now tops my list of "most beautiful places I have ever seen" list. I fell in love with it while I was there. Victoria describes it as a "green that I've never seen before" Everything is just glowing with fertility. I could easily live there.
We went to the fun park where we did go carts and mini golf. We visited the YMCA, the toy store, a few fast food places, malls, and not surprisingly, church. Some things don't change no matter where you are in the world. But I think my favorite parts of the trip were the times we spent in Victoria's appartment just hanging out. We made a quillow for Brooklyn, we sang and played the piano together, and we had a killer pedicure/chocolate/chic flick night. Victoria, I'm home sick for you already. Is all that chocolate gone yet? Or have you been good?

Christopher Timothy's Wedding
The wedding was simple and beautiful. I'm glad I was able to go and see some people that I havn't seen in a long time. I'm glad that time really can soften some wounds.
Best of luck to Christopher and his new bride.
A great birthday present
I got a new camera for my birthday. One that takes video clips with sound. To christen the thing, I had the boys sing me "Happy Birthday" in all their true-to-form cuteness.
