Mike and I celebrated out 15th anniversary on the big island of Hawaii. What an amazing trip! We swam with dolphins and sea turtles, visited amazing archaeological and historical sights, and basked in the beauty all around. We stayed in an open air cottage right by the bay. It was very romantic and memorable.

Josh is ruling the middle school in 8th grade, Andrew is king of the elementary in 5th grade, and Caitlin is taking 1st grade by storm. It's going to be a great year.

Before school started Joshua informed me that he is ready for a full sized cello. So we went to Provo and spent a good hour "test playing" to find the perfect instrument. It's important to get a nice one, because it will be the final one! He loves his new cello and I love seeing him get into music with so much passion.
