I am scooter. I don't even know who that is. I have been up since before 5 so the questions were hard for me to decide on. I think I should try again when I can read.
No news yet. The property line as amended to that in 2006, so now the question is if Mr. Mathison misled Homestead construction or if Homestead misled us. Also the mortgage company and title company are investigating what we can do about it and also if there's a buyers remorse claus . . . it's been a pain. But yes, we will probably have to move the fence.
